The founder, GariLynn Wollard, of Operation Dream Life believed that everyone deserved a chance to fulfill their aspirations, regardless of their past or current circumstances. She recognized that homelessness was not just a lack of shelter but a barrier to achieving dreams and creating a meaningful life. With unwavering determination, she set out on a mission to empower and uplift those in need.
